Document Description
The proposed project includes demolition of the majority of buildings located on the existing site (Emery Secondary School) and construction of the new Emeryville Center of Community Life, a joint use project by the District and the City of Emeryville. The ECCL would house K-12 students within the District and include several community uses. Structures would include: community and school multi-purpose rooms; an administrative and community services building; a library, classroom spaces for K-12 students; a school gymnasium and a community gymnasium; teaching theater; and improvements to existing athletic facilities, landscaping, and circulation.
