The San Franciscquito Creek Flood Protection, Ecosystem Restoration, and Recreation Project upstream of Highway 101 is being developed to improve flood protection, habitat and recreational opportunities in and along San Franciscquito Creek between Highway 101 and El Camino Real. When implemented, this would protect properties and infrastructure in this stretch of the creek from floodwaters exiting San Franciscquito Creek during a 100-year flood event.
