The proposed project will be constructed in phases and consists of the following buildings and improvements: Retail Building A - 20,000 sf; Retail Building B - 15,600 sf; Pharmacy - 14,614 sf; Restaurant - 5,600 sf; Self Storage Facility - 39,662 sf. In addition to the proposed development plan, the proposed project also includes: A General Plan Amendment to amend the land use of the subject property from Low Density Residential (LDR) to General Commercial (GC); A Rezone to change the zoning on the subject property from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to C-3 (General Commercial); and, a Use Permit to allow for a drive-through at the proposed pharmacy building.
