The project would allow for future development of a mix of land uses with a maximum project buildout of 273 residential units, 90,000 sf of commercial and office space, a 120-room hotel, approximately 4.0 acres of parks and a system of multi-use trails. Offsite improvements include an emergency access route, a riverfront park.
