Phase I: Installation of approximately 11,080 lineal feet of new sewer line in Olive Avenue between Rice Road and La Ventana Avenue. Phase I would also include the reconstruction of one manhole and the installation of 28 manholes and 17 laterals with temporary cleanouts. Phase II: Strengthening or replacement of approximately 3,575 lineal feet of 36-inch diameter sewer in Olive Avenue between Rice road and Wendy Lane.
