Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of approximately 13.3 megawatts of photovoltaic solar electricity generating facilities on 92.7 acres. The City of Lancaster has leased this property to three separate solar developers: PsomasFMG, U.S. Topco, and Morgan Solar. Each of the developers would construct and operate their own respective solar facilities. Each of the facilities will be fenced and the perimeter of each facility will be landscaped with a 10-foot landscaped buffer to screen the project site from view. Water tanks for fire department use will be provided for each facility. Each of the facilities may include a storage shed and on-site parking for maintenance workers.
