Document Description
A CUP to allow a concrete batch plant which would produce a maximum of 266 cubic yards of concrete per day. The batch plant would be operated Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:00 pm. The operation will employ two on-site facility operators and up to eight truck drivers. All parking areas and drive aisles will be covered with decomposed granite or an approved alternative surface. Domestic water service is proposed via private well, while sewage disposal is proposed by on-site septic system, which would require the granting of an exception to the sewer policies of the Western Rosedale Specific Plan.
