Notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has issued an EA, dated April 2013. The proposed federal action is the fee-to-trust transfer of a parcel of approximately 29 acres and subsequent development of tribal administrative offices, a medical clinic, a recreation center, and a fire station. The purpose of the proposed federal action is to provide vital infrastructure components that would improve tribal well-being through self-sufficiency. The proposed action would create needed jobs and social, health care, and infrastructure services for tribal member.
