Document Description
The Occidental County Sanitation District Recycled Water Storage and Beneficial Reuse Project (Proposed Project) would consist of construction and operation of an approximately 12.5 million gallon (MG) recycled water storage pond east of the existing Graham's Pond on the Loades' property (APN 074-070-010). The pond would have a membrane liner and a cover with a collection sump and pump to remove excess rainwater from the cover. A 12-foot wide access road and 15-foot wide pond perimeter road would be constructed and graveled for all-weather use. The access road is proposed to connect to Facendini Lane through an existing gate on the Loades' property and would be utilized for routine maintenance and operations activities. The pond would be fenced for safety concerns.
