Document Description
The Project to relocate Phillips 66 Line 200 will relocate a portion of the line from the west side of the California Aqueduct to the east side. The new line will cross both Quinto Creek and an Unnamed Creek. At each location an area of approximately 23 feet by 40 feet will be excavated to a maximum depth of 6 feet. A 16-inch steel oil pipe line will be laid into the open trench and then will be backfilled with approximately 508 cubic yards of the excavated native fill. The areas will then be compacted and restored to pre-construction conditions. All work within the stream will occur during naturally dry conditions. No trees will be removed.
