Document Description
The project is limited to two (2) construction components. The first consists of construction of the Waalew Tank with a pad site of 200 x 200 feet in area on the streambed. The tank will have a 300,000-gallon capacity, be 27 feet in height, 52 feet in diameter, and protected by an eight-foot metal fence. The second component is the installation of a pipeline between Valley Crest Reservoir (previously constructed) and Waalew Tank. The pipeline will be installed using jack and bore techniques and cross 42 feet of desert wash. Construction equipment includes scrapers, backhoes and water trucks for dust control. Jack and bore techniques will create a jacking and receiving pit within previously disturbed desert brush habitat, and See Exhibit A.
