This project involves approval of a RAP by the DTSC for Carson-Gore, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Chapter 6.8. The proposed RAP project is part of OU2 presented to DTSC in several regulatory documents, and targets groundwater quality, specifically in the A1- and A-zone groundwater of Areas B1 and B2 of the Site. The proposed cleanup at OU2 includes treatment of contaminants present at these two perched groundwater zones (A1- and A-zone), in order to meet groundwater quality objectives.
