Conditional Use Permit to authorize the construction of a new wireless communications facility. The facility would be disguised as a 42-foot high faux eucalyptus tree and located on an undeveloped parcel in the Mira Monte area of Ventura County. The facility would be developed within a 1,674 sf lease area at the rear of the property. The proposed project would also involve the construction of a 238 sf equipment shelter; Installation of two outdoor equipment cabinets; Installation of concrete equipment pad; Installation of a concrete block wall within the lease area; Installation of twelve, 8-foot high panel antennas; Installation of one, 4-foot high GPS antenna mounted to the outside cabinets and other accessory equipment. The facility would be surrounded by a six-foot high chain link fence.
