Document Description
Rolls-Royce Engine Services - Oakland Inc. proposes to modify its existing Test Cell Facility to accommodate repair and maintenance on new engines. Modifications include the conversion of the indoor propeller test stand into a dynamometer test stand configuration, the addition of a water cooling system for the dynamometer to the cooling tower system, and an oil/water separation system, similar to ones that are used for other test cells on site.
