Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a land use permit to establish an AT&T telecommunications facility on an undeveloped lot. The project for the installation of a 30-foot tall free standing telecommunication facility disguised as a monopine tree. The proposed project includes the installation of nine panel antennas, fifteen remote radio units, two surge protector dome units, and one 230-sf equipment shelter. The project area is located on top of a hill directly south of the intersection of Franklin Canyon Road and Cummings Skyway. Access is provided via an unpaved road leading eastwards from the eastern edge of the southern terminus of Cummings Skyway.
