The project involves the adoption and certification of the City's updated comprehensive zoning code. The updated Zoning Code will be codified as Title 20 of the Stanton Municipal Code. The proposed Zoning Code revisions are based on already adopted and approved General Plan goals, strategies, and actions. There are no proposed changes to land use designations or zoning districts that would result in increased density, increased population potential, or major infrastructure upgrades that were not included in the General Plan Update or evaluated in the General Plan EIR.
