Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a mixed-use development. The mixed-use development would be five stories in height and would include: 97 apartment units (15 of which would be designated as affordable housing), ~2,820 sf of restaurant and café uses, 16,673 sf of live/work use (12 units), and 15,678 sf of retail use, 3,718 sf of hair salong use, and 6,709 sf of office use. Commercial and live/work uses would be on the first two floors and residential units would be on levels 2, 3, 4, and 5. The project also includes four levels of parking with 337 vehicles parking spaces as well as 35 bicycle parking spaces. One level of the parking structure would be subterranean. Primary commercial access to the project site would be located along Santa Monica Blvd. and primary residential access would be located along West Knoll Drive.
