Document Description
This Plan is combined General Plan and the first tier of a tiered EIR for Cuyamaca Rancho State Park which will guide the management and development of this state park unit. The Plan establishes goals and guidelines to assist in the short and long term management of the Park to ensure its natural and cultural resources are protected, while allowing for a variety of appropriate recreational opportunities. Projects proposed by this Plan will require further CEQA compliance in the form of second tier documentation to evaluate potential impacts.
