Document Description
The project applicant, Townsend Bay Holdings, L.P., is proposing the development of a CVS Pharmacy with a drive-through window on a 1.14-acre property in the City of La Habra. Vehicular access to the site is provided from Harbor Boulevard on the east and from Imperial Highway on the south. The 14,791 sf structure includes 12,900 sf of retail area and 1,871 mezzanine. The project includes a total of 52 surface parking spaces, including 49 regular parking spaces and 3 handicapped accessible parking spaces. The proposed project is consistent with both the General Plan Land Use Designation of "Highway Commercial" and the C-2 PUD "Commercial Planned Unit Development" zoning classification adopted for the subject property.
