Document Description
Remove damaged wood fence and replace with 156' of redwood fencing at a state residence in Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, to enclose yard for privacy and security. Work will: * Remove and dispose of approximately 156' of existing picket fence including fence posts; * Install 26, 4"x4" post on 8' centers. Posts will require excavation of 26 postholes, 2' in depth x 8" in width. Posts will be set in concrete; * Span fence posts with two, 2" x 4" rails and finish with 1" x 6" x 6' vertical boards
