Document Description
The project applicant has requested a Use Permit to construct a Verizon Wireless Communication Facility. The project involves the installation of an 80 foot monopole that will have 9 antennas and 1 microwave dish installed on the monopole, the construction of an 184 sf pre-fabricated equipment shelter, and the installation of a 48 kW standby generator with a UL142 listed 210 gallon diesel tank that be used only if all power goes down the site. The monopole shelter, generator and diesel tank will all be located within the 1,604 sf area enclosed by an 8 foot tall chain link fence with privacy slats. The project area will be set back 75.2 feet from the property line to the north, 10 feet from the property line to the south, 98.5 feet from the property line to the east, and 320.1 feet from the property line to the west.
