Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0298-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Shaver/Alameda County Water District.
Project consists of: a) installation of a fish ladder and foundation modifications to install a plunge pool to provide fish passage around Permittee's Rubber Dam No. 1 (RD1) and an adjacent flood control drop structure under the jurisdiction of the Alameda County Flood Control District (ACFCD), replacement of the existing RD1 inflatable bag mechanical equipment, and foundation modifications to make seismic related structural modifications; and b) construction of a new Shinn diversion and fish screening facility to consolidate two existing unscreened points fo diversion.
