The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0263-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mr. Arthur Reeve representing Humboldt County Department of Public Works. The Agreement is for 15-years to conduct routine maintenance, repair, and limited replacement or installation activities on hydrologically-connected roads and stream encroachments on 1,350 roads (1,200 miles of road length), 165 bridges, and over 4,000 culverts.
