Document Description
The Tahoe Donner Association is proposing to make improvements to the Donner Lake Marina Facility on Donner Pass Road. The improvements including grading and terracing for new walkways, sitting areas and beach areas and new rockery walls. The sloped area directly south of the existing snack bar is proposed to be graded for the purposes of installing an outdoor dining area/patio. New lighting and landscaping is also proposed. Approximately 600 cubic yards of cut and 250 cubic yards of fill is proposed; a total of 350 cubic yards will be exported. A total of 20 trees six inches or greater in diameter at breast height are proposed to be removed.
