Document Description
Request for an approval to amend existing Use Permit 99-05 in order to establish and operate a 50-barrel brewery (producing up to 62,400 barrels/year) within an existing 2,500 sf metal building with an adjacent 4,400 sf fenced-in storage area. The proposed brewery will not include brewery tours, beer tasting, social gathering, or similar activities involving the public. In addition, the applicant requests the use of a 3,040 sf open shed for the storage of construction equipment and materials related to the existing construction yard use. Water for the brewery will be supplied by an existing well on-site. Sewage and wastewater treatment would be provided by a new septic tank/leach field system on the property.
