Document Description
The Las Animas Business Park project analyzed in this IS consists of the construction of an office park complex comprised of four buildings on the project site. The project comprises 61,205 sf of combined office building area on 3.69 acres. The project proponent intends the office buildings to be used for medical offices. The business park complex would be comprised of two single-story buildings, two two-story buildings, 200 parking spaces, driveway access from Las Animas and San Ysidro Avenues, and landscaping in the form of 60 planted trees.
