Document Description
The project is limited to the rehabilitation of the bridge (bridge number 14C-0080) by removing and replacing the exisitng 26-foot bridge deck, sandblasting and painting the existing steel stringers, removal of one double 30-inch valley oak (Quercus lobata), installation of metal beam guardrail and asphalt overlay on the bridge deck. In order to protect the creek, a tarp will be suspended from the bridge to prevent debris from contaminating the creek. Because of current safety regulations of installing a guard-rail, and to protect the bridge's abutments, the valley oak shall be removed.
