The project includes land disturbing activities associated with the increase in storage capacity of the wastewater ponds through the construction two new effluent ponds, combining existing Ponds 6 and 7 (renaming Pond 7), expansion of the spray fields, upgrade to the sewer lift stations, and infrastructure, and conversion of disturbance of 10.0 acres, including 5.6 acres of oak woodland and 4.4 acres of grassland.
