Document Description
The Arroyo Seco Twin Cities Utility Line Project (Proposed Project) would be located near the unincorporated community of Herald, Sacramento County, CA. The Proposed Project would consist of installing approximately 7,260 feet (1.38 miles) of overhead and underground utility line from an existing utility pole to an existing 145-foot cellular tower on the north side of Twin Cities Road, east of Clay Station Road. As part of this project, 13 new utility poles and 3 pull boxes would be installed. Approximately 3,422 feet of utility lines would be installed overhead and the remaining 3,838 feet would be installed underground in 4-inch diameter conduit. The underground trenching would occur within a five-foot wide utility easement and the overhead utility pole installation would occur within a five-foot wide utility easement and the overhead utility pole installation would occur within a ten-foot wide utility easement. The Proposed Project includes a 25-foot buffer area around the boundary of the utility easement to provide for construction equipment, lay down areas, and staging areas. Construction of new utility line is anticipated to occur between May 2013 and September 15, 2013.
