The buildings would contain up to 160 new, market-rate, one-to two-bedroom apartment units and ~4,400 sf of neighborhood-serving retail uses. The project would have three stories of residential uses facing Latham Street. The project would provide open space and recreational amenities in courtyards between the buildings.
