The Moffett Place campus project is a proposed development of a 55.394 acre office complex in Sunnyvale, CA. The applicant is the Jay Paul Company. The proposed development will consist of six 8-story office buildings, one 2-story amenities building, surface parking and one three level parking structure for a total of 1.7 million sf of total building area. The project's buildings will also surround two large green common spaces to accommodate active and passive recreation on-site.
