Document Description
Rezone from PD to PD to amend previously approved office campus development project. The proposed project would add 97,800 sf of office space & 17,158 sf of commons space on the west site of Lawson Lane for a total of 306,900 sf of office space within (2) 5-story buildings. The proposal will result in a total of 648,006 sf of office space/commons space over the entire 16-acre project site and a parking ratio of 4 spaces per thousand sf.
