Document Description
The project proposes to construct a 7-story, 100 room hotel adjacent to and north of the existing Bicycle Casino. The proposed hotel includes a sports bar and restaurant, meeting rooms, fitness center, elevated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, night club, retail shops and business offices totaling 117,907 gsf. As part of the project a new 7,800 sf storage facility is proposed for construction along the west project boundary. Construction is anticipated to start the spring of 2013 and take approximately 10-12 months.
