Document Description
CDP, PDP to construct three single family residences with a total sf of 18,122 sf (two 3-story and one 2-story, each with a basement level) on a 0.91-acre site (39,640 sf) with existing commercial buildings (one on Coast Boulevard and three on Prospect Street) to remain. The site is located at 1241, 1245, 1249 (west of 1255 Coast Boulevard, between Dave Street to the east and Girard Street to the west). The land upon which the project is proposed has been designated as a local historical resource and the Coastal Commission adopted Historical Design Elements that this project must address. Pursuant to a previously approved Coastal Development Permit, all structures, (including those designated historic) on the portion of the project site at issue, were demolished.
