Document Description
Repair and repaint the degenerated areas in the front portion of the Eagle Cotage and Columbia Gazette at Columbia State Historic Park to increase visual aesthetics of the front of the building and increase visitor safety. Work will restore or replace windows, doors, sills, jambs; broken window panes; remove paint buildup on the parapet moldings and refasten the existing material; repaint the front of the building; and rebuild old dilapidated fence.
