Document Description
After the 2015 PCEP Final EIR was certified, the CA High Speed Rail Authority completed preliminary design of the Caltrain Corridor rail alignment and requested the JPB consider minor changes in the overhead contact systems (OCS) alignment to reduce later relocation of OCS poles if and when their project is constructed. The JPB prepared an Addendum that identified that certain minor shifts in the OCS alignment would be accomplished without resulting in new or substantially more severe impacts than disclosed in the FEIR.
