Document Description
The project analyzed in this IS is the Draft Monterey on the Move: Multi-Modal Mobility Plan (MOM). In 2009 the City Council adopted a Bicycle Transportation Plan (BTP) which due to budget constraints did not address pedestrian facilities and circulation and end of use bicycle facilities. In recognition of the need to enhance mobility options for residents and visitors, the 2009 BTP has been expanded to address all bicycle, pedestrian and transit rider needs. The MOM plan was also developed to implement the Circulation Element of the City General Plan.
