Document Description
The proposed project would entail construction of indoor and outdoor recreational facilites on a previosly disturbed site in order to provide recreational and educational opportunities for the community. Indoor facilities would include a health and fitness center, teen center, gymnasium, locker rooms, a lobby, multi-purpose rooms, social areas, administrative offices, a meeting/board room, and storage area.. Outdoor facilities would include a soccer pavilion, a swimming pool, a splash pad, sports courts, a jogging track, and play area. The project would meet the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver requirements.
