The project will occur within Foss Creek under the parcel (abandoned gas station at 185 Healdsburg Ave. This project involves the replacement of a 160-foot long section of existing culvert that conveys Foss Creek. The repaired section will join up with the existing culvert at both the upstream and downstream ends. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0402-R3 pursuant to Sections 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brent Salmi, City of Healdsburg.
