Approval of a Reclamation Plan and review of financial assurance cost estimate for continued operations at the Halvorsen Quarry, along Rocky Creek Road near Bayside, CA. The term of the Reclamation Plan is 15 years and will expire March 19, 2025. A determination of vested right for a maximum annual extraction of 10,000 cubic yards of aggregate material, mainly greywacke, was made by the Board of Supervisors on September 4, 1990 (SP-33-90). The project is approval of the Reclamation Plan; the mining operations, and issues related thereto, are not within the scope of this project.
