This is the City-initiated 2013-2020 Housing Element (5th Revision) of the General Plan/Local Coastal Program (GPA 100060), that contain analyses, strategies, policies and programs for addressing the following goals; enuring provision of sufficient housing for all income groups, preserving affordable housing stock, minimizing governmental constrants to providing housing, providing affordable housing opprtunities for low-and moderate-income residents, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to housing.
