Document Description
The project includes the addition of a vehicle maintenance building, fuel tanks and dispensing equipment and a bus wash to an existing bus yard and the renovation and modification of an adjacent, existing light industrial building to support the District's transportation and maintenance operations. The project area is four total acres in size. 1061 Douglas Avenue is 2.3 acres in size. The proposed facilities would be located on 0.7 acres of the 2.3-acre Douglas Avenue Site. Approximately 0.6 of the 0.7 acres to be modified was subject to remediation and clean-up activities under the oversight of the RWQCB in 2011 and 2012 (Case #41SO189).
