Document Description
The District is proposing to 1) add an approximately 4,500 sf vehicle maintenance building, a 12,000 gallon, split above ground fuel storage tank (4,000 gallons of gasoline and 8,000 gallons of diesel) and gasoline, diesel, and compressed natural gas fuel dispensing equipment, a bus wash with canopy, and associated site and utility improvements to its existing Bus Yard at 1061 Douglas Avenue in Redwood City, CA 94063 and 2) renovate and modify an existing light industrial site at 1090 Mills Way in Redwood City, CA 94063 to support the District's transportation and maintenance operations. 1061 Douglas Avenue and 1090 Mills Way are adjacent to each other and the District would connect the two sites to provide on-site circulation for staff and maintenance vehicles between the two properties.
