Document Description
The District proposes to construct a new elementary school apporximately 95,000 sq ft to accommodate 850 students under a traditional schedule or 1,100 students on a year-round calendar. The project would include administrative office, classrooms, a library, and a cafeteria/multipurpose room. In addition, the project would provide outdoor athletic/recreational facilities with features such as hard courts and turf play fields. The proposed project would be developed over a 16-month period in five phases. It is estimated that project construction could begin in April 2013 and be complete by August 2014.
