Document Description
The EGUSD proposes to construct a new elementary school approximately 95,000 sf in size to accommodate 850 students under a traditional schedule. The project would include administrative offices, classrooms, a library, and a cafeteria / multi-purpose room. In addition, the project would provide outdoor athletic / recreational facilities with features such as hard courts and turf play fields. The proposed project would be developed over a 16-month period and would be comprised of five phases.
