Document Description
The proposed project includes the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility in the form of a faux water tank (the project). The design of a faux water tank is meant to create conformity of the wireless communications tower with the surrounding area and reduce potential visual impacts. The faux water tank is proposed to house the wireless communications system would be 20 feet in diameter and 70 feet in height. An equipment building approximately 13.5 feet in height and 29 feet in width would be constructed immediately adjacent to the faux water tank. All project components would be located on a concrete support slab and surrounded by a security fence. The purpose of the proposed project is to improve wireless communications capacity and capabilities on the CSUMB campus, including CSUMB's East Campus Apartments, and surrounding area.
