Document Description
The proposed project consists of adoption of Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for a proposed Onsite Wastewater Treatment System/Advanced Treatment Unit (TWTS/ATU) that will serve a proposed 4-bedroom residence (Leuthe Residence) in Escondido, San Diego County; as well as installation, operation, and maintenance of the OWTS/ATU. The proposed OWTS/ATU will consist of a 1,500 gallon primary concrete tank with an Advantex AX20N filter unit, and a 1,000 gallon concrete pump basin. The OWTS/ATU will be designed for an average daily flow of 600 gallons per day, and will also be designed to meet or exceed the American National Standards Institute/National Science Foundation Standard 40 for a flow of 600 gallons per day.
