Document Description
The proposed project would involve construction of a mixed-use development on a vacant 4.49-acre site. The proposed project would include 112 residential dwellings built above retail and commercial space. The project includes a ground-floor specialty grocery market and in-line ground-floor live-work retail space located in the central area of the site, and a ground floor leasing office located in the northern portion of the site. Four live-work units are proposed adjacent to the market. Total commercial space would total 18,105 sf. The proposed ground-floor market would occupy 10,930 sf, the proposed ground-floor retail would occupy 3,871 sf and the live-work units would occupy 3,304 sf. The apartment leasing lounge would occupy 2,011 sf and apartment amenities would occupy 10,288 sf.
