Document Description
The project proposes to annex 7,234 gross acres consisting of 33 parcels into the OID service area. Approximately 1,200 acres of the 7,234 acres proposed for annexation are located out of OID's SOI, therefore, OID is also proposing to modify its SOI to incorporate these lands which are all located in Stanislaus County and held in a number of limited liability corporations owned and/or managed by Trinitas Partners, LLC. The project proposes to supply a maximum amount of 25,000 acre feet of OID surface water previously allocated in expired water transfers and/or conserved water to those lands thereby reducing the applicant's reliance on existing groundwater resources. The new irrigation delivery points are proposed to be constructed to service the lands because the lands are located in 2 separate areas.
