CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0075-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Keith Gotwalt. The proposed project includes the replacement of the Elk-Grove Florin Road Bridge and channel modification as a part of the North Vineyard Station Specific Drainage Master Plan. The new structure and channel will increase flood-flow capacity with the intent of increasing public safety and keeping the integrity of infrastructure during flood events. The project will include the replacement of an outfall and an overland release to support the new channel infrastructure.
